The Small Barn

This beautiful barn, although called our small barn, can still welcome a decent amount of guests. It’s quaint and stunning architecture makes for a beautiful barn wedding venue as well as another part of our Estate to celebrate your festivities and joy.

Licensed for civil ceremonies, our charming Small Barn can host up to 130 seated guests.
Idyllic and stunning are two words we hear a lot with the location of this barn. Found within our pretty cloister garden, overlooking other small barns and covered cloister bursting with colour from our vibrant hanging baskets.
With its sensational outlook this is a wonderful location for a Welcome Drink Reception.
The Small Barn is a great space to use for children and younger guests to play to their hearts content in games and organised activities.

Cloister Garden

What is more quintessentially beautiful and idyllic than meandering through an efflorescent and blossoming cloister garden, enjoying drinks and canapés with your loved ones, sharing in your joy.

Licensed for outdoor civil ceremonies, the cloister garden is such a delightful place to say “I Do”. Picture yourself looking out onto your loved ones enjoying the sunshine, surrounded by bountiful blooms and the scents of Summer. In case of inclement weather, the entire ceremony can be moved into the Small Barn at short notice.
A string quartet or some piano jazz in the background perfectly matches the tone in this stunning space to host your reception.
Use the space for your guests to enjoy and mingle with a glass or two of champagne while you are using the rest of the stunning Estate for photos.

The Great Barn

As soon as you step through the doors of this charming barn, you can feel the history seeping through you. Whether tastefully decorated with flowers and fairylights, or lavished with full wedding regalia, this incredible Barn makes it one of the most sought after barn wedding venues in the UK.

Licensed for civil ceremonies, with outstanding views to the Manor House and Great Barn garden
This beautiful Grade II Listed Barn can welcome up to 220 of your guests, or 170 seated.
With your feast over and the festivities just beginning, you can enjoy the dance floor and bars with your guests.
Although our entire Estate originates from the 15^th Century, we have state of the art PA systems, HD projectors and large screens, adjustable colour lighting and decorative external lighting throughout the whole barn.
Let your imagination run wild – the Great Barn garden and forecourt is large enough to be used for bouncy castles, lawn games, hay bale seating, hog roasts, BBQ’s – and even fun fair rides!

Engine House

Our stunning Engine House adds another element of charisma and another dimension to your day with its glazed room and breath-taking views. It’s a perfect and beautiful space for ceremonies through to dance floors or buffets. It’s also a great part of the Estate to rehome any activities should there be inclement weather!

Manor House & Garden

Our 15^th Century stately Manor House with its beautiful red brick contrasted against the manicured bright green lawns and bountiful flower beds and shrubs is an awe inspiring site to see.

For the perfect wedding photographs you need the perfect background; imposing and drenched in character, the Manor House ticks every box, it certainly makes for an unforgettable backdrop to your pictures.
It’s not just a pretty picture – it’s an ideal space for drinks and lawn games with its spacious garden overlooking the orchard and fields.
The Manor House is lit up at night, making a perfect extra option for couple shots and an impressive backdrop for your sparklers.

The Tack Barn

We are thrilled to offer you the ultimate wedding day preparation experience at our newly restored Tack Barn. Located amidst picturesque surroundings, our luxury Preparation Room will make your walk to the ceremony an unforgettable one.

Complete with four hair and make-up stations for those all-important finishing touches
A private bathroom with shower facilities for those early starts
A private dressing room which doubles as a meeting space to chat with the Registrars ahead of an onsite ceremony.
Our spacious barn provides plenty of seating for relaxing between the getting ready proceedings.
The convenient kitchenette will ensure you keep caffeinated and the bubbles remain chilled throughout the morning

Cottage Room

Introducing the newly refurbished Cottage Room, a hidden gem located in the heart of our venue. Designed with your convenience and privacy in mind, it offers an intimate space for you and your party to get ready together, while maintaining a safe distance from your better half-to-be!!

Recently restored to perfection, it effortlessly combines luxurious finishes with its rustic charm.
Exquisite shower room, complete with double sinks and WC, allowing you to freshen up with ease.
A well-equipped kitchenette complete with a kettle for the coffee lovers and a fridge to keep your champagne and beverages chilled.

The Lillibrooke Manor is a sprawling 15 acres set in beautiful English countryside. With open paddocks and fields either side of the main sweeping drive, it provides a beautiful entrance adding a smile to your face as your get closer towards the Manor House. Our flexible and plentiful outdoor spaces are ideal for games, romantic photographs or just a wander around the grounds to soak in the happiness and joy of your big day.

We had the perfect wedding, it really was everything we dreamt of. Everything Lillibrooke and you did all the way through planning and delivering the wedding was fantastic.
