There can be a lot to consider when choosing your wedding venue and estimating your catering spend. To help with comparisons to draw up your short list, here’s all the important information we think you’ll need.

What is provided?

The Venue:

• Use of the 15-acre estate and barns between 8am and midnight.

• Unique and separate spaces for your onsite ceremony (max 130), wedding breakfast (max 170) and reception areas for drinks and dancing for up to 220 guests.

• Private preparation room

• Tables and chairs

• PA /sound system/wireless microphone for speeches

• Projector & large screen in the Great Barn

• Easel

• Leather Chesterfield armchairs in Engine House

• Disabled access and toilet facilities

• Free onsite parking

• Pet Friendly

 

Event Management & Catering:
Heritage Venues Limited (HVL)

• Our amazing team from the moment you enquire

• Appointed Operations contact to help you with all your planning and preparation

• Event Manager & full event team on your wedding day

• Experienced staff to co-ordinate pre wedding ceremony registrar meetings

• Complimentary menu tasting for two

• Fully stocked bar (card payments only)

• Use of laptop and Spotify

• Guest Wi-Fi

• Cake table & knife

• Table linen, crockery, cutlery and glassware

• Pre & post event cleaning

What you pay and when

Phased payment periods may be shortened or may not apply to any booking made within a 12-month period of the date.

Accomodation: Hestian Stays

Exquisite Lillibrooke Accommodation. The Grade II listed Manor House, The Loft and The Old Piggery provides luxury accommodation in eight double rooms (16 adults) all with beautiful en-suites.

The Loft is a secluded and romantic honeymoon suite adjacent to the Manor House, provided free of charge with your Manor House booking. Next to The Loft is The Old Piggery, an optional double suite which can be added to your booking.

Civil Weddings and Celebrant Ceremonies at Lillibrooke Manor

A onsite ceremony charge is payable if the wedding is due to take place at Lillibrooke Manor. This will include the
set up of chairs, tables, linen, use of speaker systems, cleaning thereafter. The fee is payable to Heritage Venues, the event management and catering company and separate to the Registrar payment that you book directly. 

Your Day Your Way

At Lillibrooke Manor, we understand that every wedding is a one-of-a-kind event, and we believe in offering a personalised experience for each couple. That’s why we do not offer pre-packaged wedding plans. Instead, we provide a flexible approach to help you design your perfect wedding day, tailored specifically to your vision and preferences.

 To assist you in planning, we can provide examples of options and costs that will give you an idea of what is available. This way, you can estimate the expenses and make informed decisions that align with your budget and aspirations.

Examples to help you budget

The price of your three-course wedding breakfast is determined by your main course choice from our Classic, Signature or Luxury dishes. You may choose any starter and dessert to compliment your main course. We also offer a selection of drinks packages to suit your taste and budget, from champagne to craft beer, white, red or rosé wines, our selection of Classic, Signature and Luxury drinks options give you plenty of options for you and your guests to enjoy. Remember, we don’t offer set packages and you can mix and match between any of our options.

  • Imaginative Evening Food from £9.12 per head
  • Stay over with us in the Manor House (complimentary stay for the happy couple in The Loft when booking the Manor House) – £1,620

All pricing examples are Inclusive of VAT and based on our 2025 price list
Minimum Event Management & Catering spend is £5000 inc. VAT for Wednesday, Thursday & Sunday
(excluding Bank Holidays). Minimum Event Management & Catering spend is £6600 Inc VAT for Friday & Saturday

Tasting Evening

When you book your wedding here at Lillibrooke Manor one of the many things you can look forward to is
attending one of our complimentary taster evenings. For many, the food plays a huge part in the wedding
planning and that’s why we give you the chance to come and see, taste and experience the quality of our food
ahead of the big day. However, it’s not just about the food, you’ll also meet the events and catering teams, be
inspired by the venue styling suppliers and also meet other couples who are marrying with us.

Note that where you have booked at short notice (8 months or less) or where your date has been moved due to unforeseen circumstances, a tasting event may not be available for you to attend although we will try our best to provide one.

I couldn’t fault Lillibrooke at all, the wedding was the best day of our lives and it was more than we could have dreamed of! We had so many comments on how incredible the day was and especially the food, that was a real big hit!! The entire team were fantastic, and a special thanks to Vincent - he was outstanding, he really went the extra mile. He kept checking in and making sure we were okay, our guests were okay and that everything ran perfectly. We couldn’t have asked for anyone better to be there on the day, he is truly a real credit to the team!!
