Prom packages start from £55 per person, with a minimum of 70 guests. Available Monday to Thursday only.

We know that organising a prom can feel overwhelming — but at Lillibrooke Manor, you’re in safe hands. Our exclusive event management partner, Heritage Venues, will be with you every step of the way, from your initial enquiry right through to the evening itself.
A dedicated event manager will be on hand throughout your prom night to ensure everything runs smoothly — so teachers, parents and organisers can relax and enjoy the celebration alongside everyone else.
To get started, simply get in touch to arrange a viewing and select your date. A teacher or parent will be required to sign the booking form, and the Heritage Team will guide you through everything from there.
The spectacular Great Barn can seat up to 170 guests and hold up to 220, complete with a state-of-the-art PA system, adjustable colour lighting and multimedia facilities. Connected to the Great Barn is the Engine House — a brilliant space for a photo booth or to kick back and relax between dances.
Outside, the beautiful Cloister Garden provides a stunning backdrop for welcome drinks, while the surrounding grounds offer endless photo opportunities across the historic Grade II listed estate.
All food at Lillibrooke Manor proms is provided by our exclusive catering partner, Heritage Venues. Choose from wood-fired pizza or light bites, followed by mini desserts — full menu details are available in the prom brochure below.
