The Great Barn

  • One of the largest Grade II Listed barns in the south of England, the Great Barn is a spectacular space, with the capacity to hold up to 220 people, 170 seated.
  • Generous dance floor and bar areas.
  • State of the art whole barn PA system, HD projector and large screen, adjustable colour lighting and decorative external lighting.
  • The Great Barn garden and forecourt can be used for bouncy castles, lawn games, hay bale seating, hog roasts, BBQs… even fun fair rides!

Engine House

  • Linked internally to the Great Barn is the Engine House, a fabulous glazed room with stunning views of the Manor House.
  • An ideal space for up to 100 guests to take part in activities, as syndicate space, for buffet lunch or evening supper service… or simply to relax and unwind.

The Small Barn

  • The Small Barn can host up to 120 seated guests.
  • PA system
  • A great location for welcome drinks, delegate registration, or syndicate space.

Cloister Garden

  • A beautiful setting for relaxing or playing lawn games on a summer evening.
  • Guests can mingle in the picturesque garden for welcome drinks.

Manor House & Garden

  • The 15th century Manor House provides a stunning backdrop to every event.
  • The Manor House is an ideal setting for high end product launches and photography, with space for car displays or stalls.

Cottage Room

  • A separate and private space full of character, centrally located within the venue close to the Manor House.
  • Ideal for small group syndicate space, or for the event organiser’s use throughout their event.

Outdoor Spaces

  • A beautiful and tranquil garden overlooking the orchard and neighbouring fields.
  • A great area to hold conference breaks or drinks receptions. The manicured lawn is ideal for activities from genteel lawn games through to fiercely competitive rounds of tug o’ war!
