Speeches are a classic tradition to weddings across the UK, but to make it one of the highlights of the wedding, we suggest asking your speakers to make their speeches engaging and creative. This is where the fun comes in! Playing ‘wedding speech bingo’ or giving your guests a quiz where they have to find the answers in the speeches.
And finally… Socialise!
As the bride and groom, you should try to speak to all of your guests to celebrate your wedding day with each and every one of them. Showing your appreciation will keep guests happy and pleased they made time to celebrate your day.
Also, speaking about being social – you could even take your wedding day to social media. Using a particular hashtag of your choosing will let everyone know you’re tying the knot, but also you can search the hashtag afterwards and see everyone’s photos!
