Their skills, experience & commitment ensure that every detail is set up and organised the way you envision it.
Charlotte purchased Lillibrooke early in 2015 having seen how its rich history and beautiful grounds could be transformed into a premier venue that would play to its heritage.
Three years later and with both dedication and investment, this transformation is well under way as Charlotte leads the excellent team in running Lillibrooke Manor.
James ReadingHead Chef
James Reading has prepared exceptional cuisine for thousands of guests spanning a 25 year career. James was schooled in the kitchens of the prestigious Oxford University and has been Head Chef for over a decade.
Underpinned by a wealth of experience, James has done everything from serving street food at Glastonbury Festival, traditional English cuisine at Henley Regatta to banquet menus for Princes William and Harry, the Duke of Westminster and Nelson Mandela.
Lillibrooke’s carefully crafted menu offers a variety of seasonal and bespoke cuisine flexible enough to allow an event to be designed around a preferred cuisine.
Val PearsonManaging Director
Val’s background is in advertising and marketing, facilities and project management, operations and customer service. Before coming to Lillibrooke she worked for ten years in the corporate sector with significant emphasis on customer service and delivery and was an accredited Coach and Assessor for the Institute of Customer Service professional qualifications.
Alys HilbourneEvents Manager
Having worked in London for most of her career, Alys discovered & fell in love with Lillibrooke Manor in 2012 and has never looked back, delivering hundreds of events and ensuring that each one is special and perfect in every way!
Fiona NoctorEvents & Operations Coordinator
After completing her post-graduate diploma in Events Management in 2015, Fiona undertook an internship at Jack Morton Worldwide. Having been bitten by the Lillibrooke bug when she attended her Cousin’s wedding in June 2015, she came back to join the team in April 2016.
Jonny BannSales & Events Manager
Jonny has extensive experience in the entertainment and hospitality sector. He continues to work across both Operations and Sales at Lillibrooke, and he uses this blend of skills to ensure very high and consistent customer satisfaction.
Eleanor DaySales & Events Coordinator
Eleanor joined the Heritage team as a young apprentice with a retail and customer service background and is now a very knowledgeable and integral part of the permanent team.
Rory HamiltonFacilities Manager
Rory has lovingly looked after Lillibrooke for many years now, ensuring the venue is always kept looking its very best and everything functions as it should. A connoisseur of high quality sound systems, he is responsible for the excellent facilities we are able to offer our clients.
Laura JohnsonOffice Manager
Having worked as a PA in the construction industry for 9 years, Laura decided on a change of scene and moved to Lillibrooke in 2016, where she now manages the office, and is key to the sales and marketing functions.
Justin MasonSenior Sous Chef
Before joining Lillibrooke in May 2016 Justin had 30 years of experience working in gastropubs and hotels in beautiful places around the world: France, Australia and Corsica. His excellent skills and impressive experience can be seen in every dish for our Lillibrooke guests.
